New York Live Arts recognizes that your privacy is important. The information below outlines how the information you provide us is collected, stored, and used.

Data Collection

New York Live Arts's website currently requires the collection of personal information to make a donation to New York Live Arts, to become a member of New York Live Arts, and to join either our mailing list or email list.

1. Making a Contribution

Information Collected:
When you make a contribution to New York Live Arts, we require the collection of your first and last name, postal address, email, and credit card information (type of card, card holders name, card number, expiration date, and security code).

Information Use:
Name and address are used for credit card verification as well as to contact you regarding your donation. Credit card information is secure and is not shared.

Information Storage:
The information you provide to us is not shared on our Web server.

New York Live Arts will not share the names, postal information, email, credit card information or phone numbers of those who make a donation. However, if those who make a contribution are also New York Live Arts ticket buyers, names may be shared with third parties for mailings of promotional performance materials unless New York Live Arts is instructed not to share.

2. Becoming a Member

3. New York Live Arts E-Subscriptions

Information Collected:
Opting to receive any of New York Live Arts Emails requires the collection of your first and last name, address, and email address. New York Live Arts will not share your email address with a third party.

Information Use:
After choosing to sign up for New York Live Arts E-Subscription, you will receive weekly emails from New York Live Arts outlining our upcoming events and promotions.

New York Live Arts will not share, rent or sell email addresses collected through our Website.

Any e-mail sent via New York Live Arts will include an opt-out option.

Online Ticketing

Names from online purchases are available to New York Live Arts, for our own records and may be used for New York Live Arts mailings of promotional materials. These names may also be shared with third parties for mailings of promotional performance materials unless New York Live Arts is instructed not to share.

New York Live Arts's website and E-News will often contain links to other websites with privacy policies which we have no control, and which may be different from ours. New York Live Arts is not responsible for the content information or privacy policy of sites to which we provide links.
